This year (2026/27), Oxford University Sport has introduced a new membership system using the Delcom platform.

Our understanding of signing-up to OULTC is outlined below, please bear with us whilst this new system is embedded and functions smoothly for our members. Any issues, please contact team captains.

• Follow the link to the OUS Membership and Bookings Portal

• Sign-up / login with your SSO (otherwise you won’t get student / staff pricing). If you don’t have an SSO, use the register button to sign up for an account with an email and password

• Once you are logged in, click on your name (top right corner) and go to My Profile. You may be asked for some additional personal information, depending on how you signed up

• Click the My Profile heading on the top left, scroll all the way to the bottom, below all of your details, and choose Clubs (if using mobile, scroll down to Clubs)

• Under the Join Club heading, choose OU Lawn Tennis Club as the club you are interested in from the drop-down menu and click Save. A message should appear confirming your request to join the club has been submitted, and you should also receive a confirmation email

• The Club Administrators will then need to approve your membership

YOUR OULTC MEMBERSHIP WILL ONLY BE APPROVED ONCE YOU COMPLETE STEPS 2 AND 3 BELOW.

• When these steps are complete and your membership is approved, you will receive an email asking you to log back in to My Profile

• When you log back into My Profile or try to navigate anywhere else on the platform, you will see a pop-up with an option to purchase club membership for £0.00

• Choose this, click Details, check the information and click Add to Cart

• Check the details again and then click Confirm Order

• You will receive a confirmation email confirming your order and your club membership and your club privileges (such as booking access) will be live immediately

Additionally, all members must have an LTA membership number which can be created for free.
