NON-STUDENT MEMBERSHIPS
Please complete the two steps below.
OULTC sets aside a few membership spots for non-students. These may include, but are not limited to, Oxford University Staff or Faculty Members, recent graduates of Oxford or members of the local community.
As part of the non-student membership, you get all the perks of social membership and are free to attend social tennis coaching.
Included in staff membership:

Use of 4 newly resurfaced artificial clay courts all year round with a top-up membership.

Up to 12 hours of coached sessions per week for all standards: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.

Access to rackets and balls to borrow for free when playing at Iffley

Possibility to enter in social tennis and club-wide leagues and club championships

Possibility for coached sessions during the long summer vacation (these sessions would be offered on a pay-as-you-go basis)
NOTICE
In cooperation with changes made by Oxford University Sport (OUS), we now require members to have an "OUS Member ID". This is so that members will be able to access and book the courts at Iffley Road. To obtain your Member ID, please follow the steps below:
For Students:
If you're a student, you will probably already have a Member ID, even if you don’t know it. You can find your Member ID by visiting the online portal, clicking “Yes, I have an Email Address and Password”, inserting your College email address and clicking “Forgotten your password?”. You will then receive an email with your Member ID and a link to reset your password.
For Non-Students:
Any non-student members, or students who enrolled after mid-October and cannot access a Member ID using the above steps, can sign up for a new online account to get a Member ID. To do this, you need to visit the online portal, fill in the basic details and then find your Member ID in your welcome email. This will also speed up the process when you first visit the sports centre as a club member, as the reception staff will just need to attach an access card (BOD card or member card) to your account.
Please note that we cannot process your membership without your OUS Member ID.
