Short but sweet this week with only the one BUCS match! A nice break for (almost) all our players to rest and rejuvenate! The club took this rare free Wednesday opportunity to savour their Tuesday evening by attending a Plush club night in support of LGBT communities in sport. 🏳️🌈
But no rest for the wicked as W1 took on Exeter 1s in what promised to be some exceptionally challenging matches as they had just come down from the national league! Sadly our Blues were defeated 5-1 but not without putting up a strong fight! Nanami narrowly lost her three setter singles which really pushed her opponent to her limits! And they secured a big doubles win!
